The brief
Help IMEA colleagues develop their skills in Microsoft Dynamics and Wrike. My manager selected me to support the training, recognising my knowledge of the tools and ability to help others use them.
What I worked on
I prepared my own slides, presentation and practical walkthrough, then delivered my section alongside two colleagues in a recorded session. I answered questions during the training and provided follow-up support afterwards.
The outcome
The session received very positive feedback from my manager and the colleagues who organised it. IMEA leaders also thanked me for my contribution to upskilling their colleagues.
