About Eamon

Hi, I’m Eamon.

I’m a Digital Marketing Specialist at Marsh, based in Meath, Ireland. My day-to-day work centres on campaigns, CRM and email marketing. My background is in design, websites and video production.

At Marsh, I work in a regional team, helping local marketers turn a brief into a campaign that is ready to launch. I build localised emails and automated journeys in Microsoft Dynamics, check audience selection and coordinate approval with regional marketing. Power BI reporting helps us review performance after launch.

Before Marsh, I managed paid media, lead generation and email campaigns at Rooftop Twenty Two. For Best4Travel, that meant taking campaigns from creative and ad setup through enquiry tracking, sales handover and reporting. I also helped establish the agency’s video offering and took productions from planning through to the final edit.

How I work

I like being involved from the brief through to delivery.

I start by getting clear on what the work needs to do, who it is for and what needs to happen next. I’m comfortable working on the creative side and on the practical tasks that get a campaign ready to launch.

I also value helping other people develop. At Marsh, I’ve mentored two new starters and co-delivered a recorded Wrike and Microsoft Dynamics training session for IMEA colleagues, alongside two other presenters. At Rooftop Twenty Two, I mentored a colleague and briefed freelancers as part of production work.

During my managers’ annual leave, I’ve also been entrusted with coordinating the team’s workload: allocating incoming tickets, advising colleagues and working through issues that would normally go to management.

Creative foundations

I graduated from TU Dublin with a First-Class Honours BA in Creative Digital Media and a GPA of 3.8. My work covered research, design, video, 3D and interactive development.

Where I want to go

I’m interested in opportunities across marketing, in both corporate and agency teams. I enjoy learning new skills and building on my experience in campaigns, CRM and creative work.

As my career develops, I’d like to broaden my knowledge, take on new challenges and grow into greater responsibility. Corporate marketing particularly interests me, and I’m keeping an open mind about where the right opportunity could take me.
